How the catalog is organized
LN, INF and Max are not interchangeable labels.
Start with the series, then the named body or product. The names describe different product directions, not a universal compatibility system.

Max listings include named presentations such as Riko, Charlotte, Kimberly, Kelly and Skylar. The maker also offers separate Max heads with hard or ROS choices. A character name is not necessarily a unique body shape.
Several Max names share exactly the same listed weight and height. That suggests body-group research is useful, but it does not establish that all those heads, molds or revisions fit every Max body.

Before you order
Erovenus has several product lines, so first pin down the exact series and model. If you’re looking at Max, get the body and selected head in writing. Then check the material, connector, available options, whether that configuration is actually in stock, and who handles a problem after delivery. The LoveNestle connection
Erovenus says it created LoveNestle first and introduced Erovenus as a later premium expansion. LN / LoveNestle remains a product series within Erovenus’s current presentation. This is a supported brand lineage, not proof that every storefront, company or production facility is the same legal entity.

Who operates the website?
Erovenus’s Contact page identifies LOVENESTLE LIMITED as its owner/operator. Public records also show LoveNestle Limited entities in Ireland and Hong Kong. The available site evidence does not determine which jurisdictional entity is the sole contracting party for each order.

Trademark owner versus factory
U.S. EROVENUS trademark records identify Nanjing Aizhichao Technology Co., LTD as the trademark owner. That does not establish it as the website operator or physical factory. The exact legal identity of the Chinese production facility remains unverified in the underlying research.

What the different systems do and do not establish
LN / LoveNestle includes distinct named products and sizes. For example, the maker lists both Mini Olivia and Sarah at 44 cm, but with different published body geometry. Identical height labels do not make them the same model.
INF / Infinity is Erovenus’s craftsmanship and finish range. Terms like “Infinity Craft” and layered painting describe manufacturer claims, not an independently measured material-quality advantage.
Max is marketed around separate, swappable heads, with hard and ROS head options on applicable configurations. Several Max product names share published height and weight figures. Those repeating figures are a lead for body research, not proof that the bodies, head connectors, or revisions are all interchangeable.

Shipping, returns, and the different clocks
Erovenus distinguishes regional in-stock fulfillment from custom/factory orders. Its September 2026 materials described warehouse routes in the U.S., EU, Canada, and Australia; current stock and shipping estimates must be checked on the selected order.
Its returns information separately described qualifying unused and unopened returns within 15 days, and recommended starting documentation of initial quality concerns within 24 hours of first opening. That initial-reporting advice is not a universal 24-hour warranty. Cancellation depends on whether an order is in stock, custom or already in production. No simple universal later-failure warranty duration was established by the reviewed evidence.

Materials and independent testing
Erovenus uses terms including “Ultra-Soft Silicone,” “Infinity Craft” and sometimes “medical-grade silicone.” Those are manufacturer descriptions. The September evidence set did not establish a full formulation or independent test package covering every current configuration. This guide therefore does not claim medical certification, equal durability across models, or a hands-on product test.

Erovenus describes MissterVerse as an anime-inspired sub-brand. U.S. trademark evidence names a different applicant for MISSTERVERSE than for EROVENUS, so the relationship is reported as a manufacturer-stated sub-brand relationship, not an assertion of identical legal ownership.
